Click your avatar in the top-left of Todoist.
Select Settings.
Select the Calendars tab.
Click Connect Outlook Calendar.
Check all the required permission boxes.
Once enabled, select which individual calendars from your Outlook Calendar account you want to see in Todoist.
Your Outlook Calendar events will now appear in the Today and Upcoming views. Events are synced to Todoist for iOS and Android as well.
To sync tasks to your Outlook Calendar:
Flip the toggle at the bottom of Calendar settings to enable the Sync tasks to calendar option. When enabled, tasks assigned to you with a time or duration will be synced to a new “Todoist” calendar in your connected account. To include tasks that only have a date, simply enable the Sync all-day tasks option. Check out our help center article for more details on syncing Todoist with your Calendar.
